About the role: The purpose of this role is to support the Company by monitoring and controlling the flow of goods into and out of warehouses and other storage facilities. You will be required to, but not limited to,  

  • Conduct receiving, unloading, checking off items, booking into stock, repacked (if required), and correct storing as per product storage requirements, within required time frames.
  • Conduct dispatch, picking orders, loading trucks, labelling pallets, managing truck traffic, and dispatching as per product, packaging and WHS Requirements.
  • Work with other teams to resolve any inbound / outbound delivery and stock issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage stocked product including expiry dates and stock locations.
  • Review and action daily warehouse reports and close out completed activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and stock levels, with ERP updated in a timely manner.
  • Take action to support minimal or no variations in stock levels following stock take.
  • Conduct reconciliation of all warehouse transfers.
  • Investigate Stock variances / issues as they happen
  • Conduct full stock takes and produce accurate data, and support investigations on variations.

Essential requirements:

  • Current Forklift Ticket
  • Current manual QLD "C" Class licence, "HR" Class Drivers licence desirable
  • Computer Literate – ability to learn and use in house software programs
  • Stores experience would be preferred but is not essential
  • Sound language and literacy skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to pass a Medical and LabDas.
  • Australian working rights
