Ticket Procurement Assistant

ABOUT THE JOB

• Suitable for someone ready to take a step into an administrative role.
• Lots of training and support provided.
• This role is full time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday during training, moving into a Tuesday to Saturday role.
• Completing a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to data entry, accounts, pre/post-event reporting and reconciliations, event analysis, website maintenance, buying and acquiring tickets/packages.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven ability to problem solve, being able to think of, and implement innovative solutions to everyday problems.
• You will have impeccable attention to detail.
• Being a tech savvy individual will be highly regarded.
• You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment/industry and have the capacity to work under pressure, but also can complete long repetitive tasks accurately.
• You will have well developed time management and self-organisation skills, with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently with conflicting deadlines.
• You will have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, as well as the ability to collaborate professionally with team leaders and managers.
• Basic knowledge or a passion for major sporting events, concerts, and entertainment venues around Australia will be advantageous.
