Working under the direction of Group Leaders and Early Childhood Teachers, you'll support the learning, wellbeing, and development of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years.You will:Create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).Assist with daily routines, play-based learning, and documentation of children's development.Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues that foster belonging and respect.Uphold high standards of health, hygiene, and safety, ensuring all children are cared for and supervised.Support children's emotional, social, and physical wellbeing through positive, respectful, and consistent care.Contribute to continuous improvement, quality outcomes, and compliance with the National Quality Standard and Council policies.For more information, please download the position description --> CLICK HERE. *If you are accessing this job advertisement via Seek - please go to our website to be able to download the position description ).About YouYou're passionate about early childhood education and take pride in creating joyful learning experiences.
