Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Access Nurse located in Karrinyup, WA. The Access Nurse will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating telehealth consultations, providing patient care, managing patient records, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services. The Access Nurse must ensure patient comfort, manage patient queries, and maintain accurate documentation of consultations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital health technologies
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare practices and protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualifications
