We are a group of dynamic, fast-growing hospitality and lifestyle businesses, including restaurants, food brands, and new ventures. We're looking for a creative storyteller who can capture our brands through high-quality photography, videography, and engaging social media content.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys variety, and wants to showcase their skills across multiple brands.

Role Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video and photo content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create short-form, trend-driven content (reels, stories, TikToks) that aligns with each brand's personality.
  • Work with the owners/management to develop content calendars for 2–3 businesses.
  • Manage social media accounts, including posting, captions, and basic community engagement.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and adapt content styles to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand style and storytelling across all platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in videography, photography, and editing (portfolio required).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver content to deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Hospitality/food content experience is a big plus but not essential.
