We are seeking a motivated and physically fit Labourer to support our skilled tradespeople. This is a hands-on role where you will be an essential part of our on-site team, working outdoors and at heights. ​Your primary role is to assist with all aspects of the roof restoration process, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards. ​Key Responsibilities ​Your daily tasks will include: ​Assisting the trade-qualified team with all on-site duties. ​Preparing work sites, including setting up safety equipment (e.g., harnesses, guard rails) and protecting customer property. ​Performing high-pressure cleaning of roofs, gutters, and downpipes. ​Assisting with roof repair tasks, such as re-pointing ridge capping and replacing broken tiles. ​Preparing roof surfaces for painting (e.g., masking skylights, solar panels, and gable end). ​Loading and unloading tools, equipment (including ladders, pressure cleaner, and paint machines), and materials. ​Ensuring the work site is left clean and tidy throughout and upon completion of the job. ​Cleaning and maintaining team tools and equipment including work vehicles. ​Strictly adhering to all Work Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) policies and procedures.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $26.49 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
