About the role

The NETCC Officer focuses on supporting the delivery of the NETCC (New Energy Tech Consumer Code) Program including administration of the code, reporting obligations and delivering a high standard of customer service with engagement of stakeholders to raise awareness, adoption and compliance of the NETCC Code of Conduct.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 76 hours per fortnight (1 FTE).

About you

We're looking for someone who:

  • Minimum 2-years' experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing incoming customer enquiry and managing multiple email inboxes.
  • Strong administration and organisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of initiative with the ability to handle and follow up customer enquiries.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Sound computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience using a CMS (Salesforce or similar).
