We have a rare opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join our Hoppers Crossing team on a Casual Basis

Greencross Hoppers Crossing is a vibrant small animal clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care to our furry patients and building long-standing relationships with our loyal and trusting clients Our trained nurses are enthusiastic about providing Team Based Care and are valued as an integral part of the team. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Casual Veterinary Nurse to join our growing clinic.

About your new role:

• Casual role
• Assisting with consultations, surgeries, and patient care
• Performing nursing duties such as administering medications, managing treatments, and monitoring anaesthetics
• Providing excellent customer service and client education
• Handling medical records and updating patient information
• Working collaboratively with our skilled veterinary team to provide the best care for our patients

About your skills and your experience:

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with min. 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for animal care with a compassionate, professional approach
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential
