Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities within the organization. The Commercial Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the commercial department
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial activities and performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
