About the Roles
Junior Physiotherapist

Perfect if you're early in your career and want to grow in a supportive, structured environment. (New grads welcome to apply.)

You bring:

• Drive, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Interest in Clinical Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, or Dry Needling
• A genuine passion for client care, hands on skills and clinical reasoning

• Weekly 1:1 mentoring with a senior physiotherapist
• Weekly whole-team sessions for case reviews, hands-on learning, and guest speakers
• Access to a consulting medical doctor for complex cases
• Longer appointment times to build strong client relationships
• A varied caseload across MSK, chronic pain, NDIS, sports, Pilates, and rehab
• Paid CPD and access to structured internal education
• Clear pathways to senior and leadership roles
• Access to a fully equipped rehab gym, Pilates studio, and the latest movement technology

Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Ideal for experienced physios ready to step into leadership, mentorship, and clinical innovation.

You bring:

• Postgraduate training or advanced skills in MSK, sports, pain science, or related areas
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
• Confidence leading clinical streams in chronic pain, movement rehab, and performance
• Strong hands-on skills and client-centred reasoning
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and innovation

• Clients managing invisible illnesses – including chronic pain, hypermobility, POTS, EDS, fatigue, or menopause, where movement can be both empowering and challenging.
• NDIS participants – seeking compassionate, movement-focused care that builds confidence, independence, and long-term capacity.
