Now, we're looking for a
Video Editor
who wants to grow with us, edit high-volume content, and help shape the look and feel of Perth's most exciting local businesses.

We've built a system that helps Perth businesses grow through strategy, storytelling, and scroll-stopping videos - and now we're scaling it fast.

As our Video Editor, you'll be working with our team, crafting high volume reels, editing brand videos, and bringing a whole lot of energy to how we make content that actually converts.

This isn't a "cut and caption" freelance job.

Your Role in a Nutshell

• Edit multiple scroll-stopping reels each day for Perth businesses, building your skills and creative impact fast
• Colour grade log footage, add captions, music, and creative effects to elevate each piece
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine content ideas
• Follow briefs accurately and deliver polished, on-brand edits that meet deadlines
• Manage your tasks in and communicate via Slack
• Organise and store footage correctly for long-term use

Ideal Candidate Profile -
is this you?

• You've edited high-quality social videos before (brand or creator work)
• You're fluent in DaVinci Resolve
• You're fast (we don't take weeks to do edits)
• You're organised and have an eye for detail
• You can tell a story through pacing, music, and visuals
• You know what performs on social media
• You love creative collaboration and learning new tricks
• You can take feedback and act on it quickly
• You want to join a growing agency

Pay Structure

• This is a contractor role for an initial 90-day period, with the potential to extend into an ongoing engagement.
• Full-time output is expected (approx. 37–40 hours/week). Most work can be completed remotely, with in-office attendance required 2–3 days per week for shoots and collaboration.
• Rate: $5,000/month, plus GST if registered.
• You'll invoice monthly for your services and manage your own tax, superannuation, and insurance.
• Contract review: After 90 days, we'll assess scope, rate, and output, with the potential for ongoing engagement or full-time employment.

As part of the role, in office attendance is required to collect footage and collaborating with the team. We'd love for you to make the most of the space and bring creative energy.
