What You'll Do

  • Provide friendly, expert counter sales service.
  • Manufacture hose and fitting assemblies to customer requirements.
  • Support customers with product advice and technical know-how.
  • Carry out hydraulic component repairs and assist with inventory.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Work safely, follow WH&S standards, and contribute to quality assurance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with hose assembly or hydraulics is an advantage — but not essential (we'll train you).
  • Trade qualifications or fluid power knowledge are highly valued.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping people.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable — with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to do overtime when needed.
  • Already living in, or keen to relocate to Roma (relocation support offered for the right person).

An hourly rate commensurate with experience will be offered to the successful candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
