About the Role

As a Star Pharmacist, you'll go beyond dispensing medications. You'll be a trusted healthcare partner in the community, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered services in a supportive and innovative environment. Bachelor of Pharmacy and AHPRA RegistrationNational Police Check and Working with Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Current First Aid, CPR, and vaccination registrations (essential)Your Role & Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you'll:

Manage Medication Therapy: Ensure precise dispensing and compliance while optimizing patient health outcomes through proactive medication management.Deliver Expert Consultations: Offer professional advice, collaborate with medical teams, and engage with patients beyond prescription needs.Expand Your Scope: Provide specialized services, including vaccinations, health screenings, medication reviews, and more.Engage with the Community: Host wellness events and workshops, positioning our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare hub.Lead by Example: Demonstrate proactive leadership, supervising the front of shop and dispensary, and guiding your team toward excellence and continuous growth.
