Milestones Early Learning Caloundra a on the lookout for a Lead Educator to join their professional team of Educators. We currently have a permanent part-time position available and are looking for the right candidate who is reliable, diligent and available 5 days per week can do open and close shifts. If you are looking for Work-life balance, then you will be offered a Master Roster with set days and hours.

About the Centre:

Here at Milestones Early Learning Caloundra, our centre offers Lifelong Learning to children from 6 weeks to 5 years and is an integral part of the community. We have natural play spaces with spacious and well-resourced studios, we pride ourselves on inclusive practices and child-led inquisitive play.

About you: 

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
• A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
