E4 Healthcare is a trusted provider of staffing solutions in the Aged Care sector, partnering with over 350 aged care facilities across NSW. We're currently seeking compassionate and experienced Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to join our casual pool across the scenic Central Tablelands region.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker with E4 Healthcare, you'll support residents with their everyday needs, promote independence, and deliver person-centred care in residential aged care settings. You'll have the opportunity to work in a range of facilities, giving you variety and flexibility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering hands-on personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Supporting residents with mobility and daily routines
  • Reporting health or wellbeing concerns to clinical staff
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Maintaining accurate care documentation and records
  • Working as part of a supportive team of nurses and care staff

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care (facility or community setting)
  • Empathetic, reliable, and professional attitude
  • Adaptability to different care environments and team cultures
  • Current Police Check (within 12 months)
  • COVID and flu vaccinations
