About the Role
You'll be the one who makes ideas tangible, with a camera in hand and edits that land.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, craft, and collaboration. You'll be capturing moments, shaping them into content that stops the scroll, and making sure our brands look their best across every platform.
You're not just shooting clips. You're creating work that feels alive, relevant, and built for the way people actually consume content today.
That means working closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams to plan, shoot, and deliver content that hits the brief, the brand, and the audience.
When timelines shift or shoots change, you'll adapt fast, keep the quality sharp, and get the best out of every shot.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
- Shoot brand and lifestyle photo & video, both on location and in-studio.
- Capture and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes, and more).
- Edit for platform-specific formats: vertical, punchy, and performance-driven.
- Plan creative with the team and execute efficiently across clients and styles.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
photography and videography
. - Hands-on shooting and editing short-form video for social.
- Proficiency with
Adobe Premiere Pro
or
DaVinci Resolve
(bonus: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Confident behind the lens and efficient in post-production.
- A clear communicator who can lead the content side of a shoot.
- A keen interest in the latest trends on Reels, TikTok, and across social.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team.

- Manage client comms or account admin.
- Design 40-page decks or chase views for vanity metrics.
- Manage a big shoot solo
