Hours: Morning 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM / Afternoon 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week. Weekend availability a plus)
Rate: Hospitality Industry Award – Junior rates:
- 18 years: $16.87/hr
- 19 years: $19.28/hr
- 20 years: $21.69/hr

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee, smoothies, acai bowls, and paninis
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders
- Table service and clearing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in front and back of house
- Support smooth day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications, Requirements and Experience
- Junior employee
- Previous barista essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, energetic, and a team player
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
