About the role

The Beauty Gallery is seeking a Salon Co-ordinator to join our team in Woodvale, WA on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our busy beauty salon, ensuring the smooth running of the business and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming clients, and managing the reception area
  2. Scheduling appointments and managing the salon's booking
  3. Coordinating the salon team and delegating tasks as required
  4. Handling client enquiries and bookings, both in person and over the phone
  5. Assisting with stock management
  6. Ensuring the salon environment is clean, organised and welcoming at all times
  7. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a salon or customer service role
  2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
Enthusiasm for the beauty industry, past beauty experience would be beneficial but not essential
  1. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
