APC is on an exciting growth journey As a leading provider of vocational education in pre-hospital healthcare, we are expanding our curriculum with the launch of the Certificate III in Pathology Collection.

This is a pivotal moment for us, and we are looking for passionate Trainers to play a key role in delivering this program and shaping the future of pathology education in Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach on a flexible basis at our Sydney campus in Hurstville, share your industry expertise and be part of an organisation dedicated to shaping the next generation of pathology collection professionals.

About the Role

As a casual Trainer, you'll deliver in-person clinical workshops designed to equip students with practical pathology collection skills, with key focus areas being:

• Delivering engaging and interactive face-to-face workshops.
• Assessing students' practical skills in pathology collection.
• Providing guidance and feedback to support student learning
• Contribute to operational tasks such as scheduling, rostering, and equipment management.

About You

You're excited about shaping a new course and delivering education that is recognised as exemplary across Australia and beyond. You thrive in a collaborative, student-focused environment and enjoy building, improving, and delivering engaging training experiences. A sense of humour and a love for teamwork are a must

We are looking for enthusiastic trainers who:

• Hold a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or higher
• Have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Bring 3+ years of industry experience in pathology collection
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are available for casual, flexible work.
