About the role

We have vacancies for local, talented and experienced fulltime Senior Hairdressers & Barbers to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our clients, while also mentoring and leading our junior team members.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Providing high-quality haircutting, colouring, styling and barber services to clients
• Ensuring a superior level of customer service at all times
• Helping Junior Stylists develop their skills and techniques
• Maintaining a clean and organised work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained
• Actively participating in team meetings to stay up-to-date with industry trends and salon policies

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:

• Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident living locally
• Within a reasonable driving/public transport distance to the salon is essential
• Certificate 3 in Hairdressing is a minimum requirement
• 3 years' experience as a qualified hairdresser or barber in a professional salon environment
• Excellent technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, styling and barber services
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continued professional development
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
