Two of the Gold Coast's favourites cafés are seeking an experienced Café Supervisor with strong barista skills, coffee knowledge, and leadership experience to help lead our high-volume, customer-focused venues.

  • $65,000-$70,000 annual salary (plus super)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily café floor and front-of-house operations
  • Deliver exceptional coffee and beverage service standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members for consistent customer satisfaction
  • Manage rosters, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
  • Ensure efficient coordination between kitchen, barista, and FOH teams
  • Monitor quality, stock, and customer feedback
  • Contribute ideas for promotions and service improvements

About You

  • Excellent barista skills and deep coffee knowledge – essential
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Café Supervisor, Shift Leader, or FOH Manager in a busy café or restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training ability
  • Highly organised, hands-on, and customer-focused
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Available to work at least one weekend day each week
  • Confident with POS systems and cash-up procedures
