Banyule Music and Tutoring is a thriving music school that is currently looking for piano teacher with a skill level similar to AMEB Grade 8. A working with children check is mandatory. This is a casual position which includes superannuation for a total hourly rate of $49.28 p/hr ($44+$5.28). It goes without saying that we pay our staff for their time regardless of cancelled lessons.

We believe that our teachers will work best when their primary focus is on teaching and aim to provide a supportive working environment. Importantly, we will provide you with onsite training if necessary to assist you in your journey as an educator. As a teacher, you are not expected to perform any administrative tasks outside of your working/teaching hours and we will organise books, exams and deal with parents. Light administrative tasks will only be performed onsite if there are gaps in your schedule.

The interview process will consist of an initial video interview which will run for 15-20 minutes, leading to a face-to-face interview.
