Impressions Horticulture – part of the award-winning team at Impressions Landscape – Design is looking for motivated and reliable Horticulture Apprentices to join our growing team

We design and nurture some of Sydney's most beautiful residential gardens, and we are looking for budding enthusiastic and passionate Horticulture Apprentices who shares our love for plants, people, and beautiful outdoor environments. With the world changing so quickly, step outside and start a career that has longevity and is directly linked to nature.

Our horticulture team plays a key role in both developing and ensuring our gardens are thriving.

Horticulture Apprentice

Your Role:

  • Learn all aspects of horticultural maintenance practices through hands-on experience
  • Assist with planting, irrigation, pruning, weeding, mulching, and general garden care
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards across every site
  • Learn and practice safe use of industry tools, machinery and equipment
  • Work towards completing your Certificate III in Horticulture – earn while you learn

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in plants, gardening, and outdoor work
  • A willingness to learn and be part of a team
  • Physically fit and ready to work outside
  • A 'can do' attitude
  • Reliable, positive, and eager to build a long-term rewarding career
  • Driver's licence preferred
  • Will consider 1st year, 2nd year and mature age apprentices
