Komic Contracting & Earthworks is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator on a full-time basis to join our team.

Komic is a small, family-run earthworks business based out of Moora, WA, specialising in agricultural and civil works. We pride ourselves on our solid ethos of not only meeting but exceeding industry expectations of service and reliability.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Country-based oppurtunity, 140kms out of Perth, with the flexibility of DIDO or residential options for the right candidate.
  • Conducting a variety of excavator operations on both agricultural and civil sites, including detailed excavation works as well as bulk work and clearing.
  • Required to carry out daily service and maintenance.
  • Adherence to safety standards and procedures.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced and competent in a variety of excavator work, particularly in detail excavation (Excavator ticket preferred but not essential).
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Current manual drivers license.
  • WA White Card.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

VALUABLE CRITERIA

  • HR and/or MC license.
  • Experience operating loaders and dozers.
  • Be a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail.
  • Be safety conscious.
  • Have the ability to work well as part of a small team.
