  1. Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian curries, tandoori dishes, and accompaniments to a fine dining standard.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of Indian cuisine cooking experience required.
  3. Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring consistent quality and flavour.
  4. Minimum 6 months of tandoor oven operating experience required.
  5. Develop and execute traditional recipes while contributing creative ideas for menu innovation.
  6. Ensure portion control, consistency, and quality across all dishes.
  7. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise food wastage.
  8. Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness in line with HACCP standards.
  9. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
  10. Australian work rights required for this position.
