- Prepare, cook, and present authentic Indian curries, tandoori dishes, and accompaniments to a fine dining standard.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Indian cuisine cooking experience required.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring consistent quality and flavour.
- Minimum 6 months of tandoor oven operating experience required.
- Develop and execute traditional recipes while contributing creative ideas for menu innovation.
- Ensure portion control, consistency, and quality across all dishes.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise food wastage.
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness in line with HACCP standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
- Australian work rights required for this position.
