About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Engineer to join our operations team in Freshwater, NSW, Sydney. The role involves optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting site operations. The ideal candidate will hold a valid site license and have a strong background in engineering, logistics, or supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of IT hardware, networking equipment, and related supplies.

Organize, prepare, and process shipping items, merchandise, and company supplies.

Receive deliveries of incoming supplies or goods, inspect for accuracy, and arrange them in designated storage areas.

Handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items to and from delivery trucks.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse engineering, logistics, or process improvement, preferably within the IT or data center industry.

Strong background in hardware troubleshooting, with hands-on experience in servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.

Proficiency in developing procedures and technical documentation for hardware troubleshooting and replacement.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Current and valid driver's license, enabling on-site mobility and occasional travel between facilities.
