Teachers at Beafield design learning programs that are personalised, differentiated and data-informed, supporting literacy, numeracy and the development of personal and social capabilities.
We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic teacher to join our innovative and engaging team.
Why choose us?

- Engage in collaborative practice with colleagues, leadership, families and referring schools.
- Additional responsibility allowance is attached to this role.
What You Will Do
- Establish a supportive and inclusive learning environment with clear focus on respect, resilience, and safety.
- Apply Positive Behaviour Support, restorative practice, relational repair, trauma-sensitive approaches, and CPI Safety Interventions to meet diverse student needs.
- Develop and deliver personalised learning programs that build engagement and pro-social skills through targeted literacy, numeracy, and personal and social capability development.

- Contribute to case management and professional learning, refining educational practice to support positive learning and behaviour outcomes that support healing.
