About the role

We are currently seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Consultant to join our Intelligent Information Management team. This role combines expertise in OpenText products (eDocs, Core, xECM, Content Manager, etc), Box, Microsoft SharePoint and workflow automation platforms to deliver tailored document and process solutions to clients and provide Level 2/3 support where needed. Reporting to the National Manager - IIM Services, you will play a key role in maintaining digital environments, supporting governance and compliance, and implementing intelligent information management solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Please note that this role is a fixed-term contract covering parental leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for clients in platforms such as OpenText products (eDocs, Core, xECM, Content Manager, etc), Box & Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Configure and deploy document management and workflow automation platforms (ECM/BPM)
  • Maintain permissions, metadata, document integrity, and site structures
  • Analyse client requirements and design tailored IIM solutions
  • Deliver technical documentation, training, and workshops
  • Support the team with SAP Project Systems project registration, time sheet issues etc
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Monitor usage, generate reports, and contribute to governance frameworks
  • Stay current with industry trends and compliance requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in OpenText products (eDocs, Core, xECM, Content Manager); knowledge/skill with Box, Microsoft SharePoint is desirable and will help you stand out.
  • Experience in system integration, and technical support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
  • CRM and digital collaboration tool proficiency.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
