Motel Manager

Motel in Tamworth is currently hiring a Motel Manager and couple preferred. Previous experience is essential to facilitate the overall operational works of the motel to maximize performance, upkeep to the current standard and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reception and front of house management, answering phone calls, taking reservations via phone and internet, managing group bookings and processing payments.
• Maintain a high level of service to our customers and KEEPING GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS.
• Ensure the grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide effective mentoring, coaching and training to staff who report to you.
• Staff restoring.
• Other duties as may be directed from the Owner

Requirements
- Experience in working in the Motel/Hotel industry.
- Motel Management experience looked upon favorably but not necessary

Remuneration
- Annually salary + bonus and will be dependent on experience and qualifications
- Onsite accommodation is provided.
