What You'll Do

Fleet Operations & Scheduling

  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transport schedules to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maximize vehicle utilization and minimize idle or waiting time.
  • Monitor driver routes, trip logs and GPS tracking systems to optimize operational performance.
  • Create driver rosters and ensure adequate transport resources are available each day.
  • Supervise drivers to maintain high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism.

Maintenance & Compliance

  • Manage vehicle servicing, repairs and inspections according to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with registration, insurance and safety requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with external service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.

Fleet Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyse fleet-related costs such as fuel, maintenance and insurance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, utilisation and productivity.
  • Keep all vehicle documentation accurate and up to date, in line with transport regulations and company policies.

Collaboration & Improvement

  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, etc.) to align fleet capacity with business needs.
  • Support the implementation of new fleet systems or process improvements.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on safety, sustainability and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in logistics, transport, or fleet coordination.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills – able to work effectively with drivers, service providers and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and transport compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with fleet management software is an advantage.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Be able to speak Mandarin and Chinese
  • Having rights to work in Australia
