We're looking for enthusiastic, curious, and committed therapists who are excited to grow their skills in paediatrics. Whether you're just starting out or looking to shift your career focus, we offer exceptional mentoring, a collaborative culture, and a clear pathway for professional development.

About Us
At ESA Deakin and Queanbeyan, we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy services to support children and young people in developing their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills. Our team is known for its collaboration, compassion, and creativity—and yes, we have a clinic mascot named Basil the Goat who keeps things fun

We're serious about supporting your growth and wellbeing. Here's what you can expect:

  • 40+ hours of CPD annually – including monthly in-house training, national/state clinical meetings, paid PD leave, and a personal PD budget
  • Up to 12 weeks of annual leave through our additional leave program
  • Collaborative service model – more time for planning, creativity, and client connection
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork – share ideas and build holistic treatment plans
  • Clinic culture that celebrates fun – lunches, awards nights, dress-up days, and "Ask the Goat" moments
  • Perkbox membership – discounts on groceries, entertainment, and more
  • Flexible hours – full-time or part-time to suit your lifestyle
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Admin support – so you can focus on therapy, not paperwork

The Role
As Part Of Our Team, You'll

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a diverse paediatric caseload

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
