About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team. This full-time position offers a diverse and rewarding workload in a well-equipped, supportive, and stress-free environment.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Performing a wide range of mechanical tasks — from basic servicing to full engine rebuilds
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues across various vehicle makes and models
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and scheduled servicing
  • Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and reporting on repairs
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed
  • Delivering excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Staying up to date with the latest tools, training, and automotive technology
  • Stepping up to oversee the workshop when required

What We're Looking For

  • A qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic with at least 5 years' experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised, and collaboratively in a small team
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Current driver's licence
  • Your own full set of trade tools
  • Leadership potential and willingness to step into a Workshop Foreman role when needed
