About the Role:

We are seeking a well organised Bakery Assistant to join our Spudshed team located at Kalgoorlie, WA

We have a Full Time and Casual opportunities available.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure consistency and quality across all products.
  • Meet daily production targets and schedules.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels in line with weekly production plans.

About you:

  • Energetic and passionate about delivering great results.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally experienced in the baking industry (training on specific products will be provided).
