Mandatory Requirements

• Successful completion of a cooking apprenticeship (Nationally recognised Certificate 3)
• Follow Basic Food Safety Practices HLTFS207B
• Oversee the day-to-day implementation of food safety in the workplace HLTFS39B
• Apply and monitor food safety requirements HLTFS310B
• Previous experience in commercial catering an advantage
• To be able to perform a range of cleaning and food service duties in allocated areas as per the job schedules set out for that area and in keeping with the Food Services Department's set standards as outlined in the policies and procedures manual
• Valid police check
