Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
• Support the delivery of diversional therapy programs and contribute to resident wellbeing.
• Complete routine documentation, general observations, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised environment through equipment use and team collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

• Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the role
• Ability to work well within a team and show initiative in daily care responsibilities
• Strong communication skills with a respectful approach to residents, families, and colleagues
• Understanding of confidentiality, safety, and customer service in a care setting
