About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Koala Solar in Yangebup, Western Australia. This full-time hybrid role will provide vital administrative and sales support to our growing solar energy business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients
  2. Handling sales inquiries and booking appointments for site assessments
  3. Preparing and sending out sales quotes and contracts
  4. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client information
  5. Assisting with the coordination of installation scheduling and project management
  6. Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the solar industry
  2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and internal teams
  4. High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  6. Knowledge of the renewable energy industry would be an advantage
