Due to strong demand and ongoing growth, they are expanding the logistics team and are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional to join us.
About the RoleAs the Inventory & Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the operation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Prepare and process invoices, liaising with accounts payable/receivable as required.
- Compile and distribute regular stock-on-hand and sales reports for management.
- Order stock and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Assist with monthly stocktakes and ongoing cycle counts.
- Coordinate and manage import and export permits.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery documentation, and supplier communications.
- Support compliance record-keeping in line with GMP regulations.
- Provide administrative support to operations, quality, and compliance teams.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or administration (experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is highly regarded but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Current police check - or willing to obtain one prior to employment.
