Due to strong demand and ongoing growth, they are expanding the logistics team and are seeking an organised, detail-oriented professional to join us.

About the Role

As the Inventory & Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products through the operation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work closely with multiple teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Prepare and process invoices, liaising with accounts payable/receivable as required.
  • Compile and distribute regular stock-on-hand and sales reports for management.
  • Order stock and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Assist with monthly stocktakes and ongoing cycle counts.
  • Coordinate and manage import and export permits.
  • Manage purchase orders, delivery documentation, and supplier communications.
  • Support compliance record-keeping in line with GMP regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to operations, quality, and compliance teams.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or administration (experience in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment is highly regarded but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Current police check - or willing to obtain one prior to employment.
