The Opportunity

As the Senior Specialist, Talent Programs, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, facilitating and delivering high-impact talent and organisational development initiatives across Monash.

You will work closely with leaders, HR colleagues, expert consultants and learning providers to bring to life programs that build capability, strengthen engagement, and enhance our high performance culture. From designing and facilitating development programs across all levels of staff, career growth initiatives and leadership coaching, your work will directly contribute to ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to thrive.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Purposeful talent and organisational development – designing and delivering enterprise and bespoke programs that unlock potential, elevate capability and foster a culture of high performance.
  • Expert facilitation - delivering immersive learning experiences, from workshops to leadership interventions, using cutting-edge strategies and blended methodologies that spark engagement.
  • Stakeholder partnership - co-create impactful solutions with stakeholders and confidently engage with leaders to align learning initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • End-to-end program delivery – From concept to impact, you will manage programs with precision, leveraging data data to measure impact and fuel continuous improvement.
  • External partnership management - source and manage high-quality learning partners to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions that amplify our learning environment
  • Learner-centred design thinking – craft learning experiences that empower individuals to grow, thrive and contribute meaningfully to Monash's strategic goals

This role will sit in the Monash HR, Talent, Engagement and Development team, responsible for delivering talent development, engagement and organisational change services across the University.
