About the Roles

AWX Cairns are seeking highly motivated and experienced Delivery Driver for work in a fast-paced environment. These roles will be casual with the possibility of ongoing opportunities for the right person. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Current forklift (desirable)
  • MR truck licence (or Higher)
  • Physically be able to load/unload containers & delivery vehicles.
  • Drivers licence and own transport.
  • Able to undertake and pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test prior to starting.
  • National Police check (highly regarded)
  • Must be based in Cairns area.

DUTIES

  • Complete deliveries.
  • Some Pick, Pack & cross checking of orders.
  • Load & unload deliveries at various residential & commercial sites.
  • Machine operation.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Manual labour, warehousing, and general housekeeping.
  • Ability to work well within team environment.
