As an entry-level Warehouse Worker, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment where safety, teamwork, and professional growth are priorities. This role is perfect for someone with little to no prior experience but who is eager to develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace (5S standards).
  • Follow all workplace health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
  • Store and pack goods and materials in line with procedures and regulations.
  • Allocate and retrieve goods from specific warehouse areas.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment (non-licensed).
  • Conduct periodic stock checks.
  • Handle manual strapping, packing, and pallet preparation.
  • Pack and label orders (both small and bulk items).
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Accurately manage paperwork, records, and data entry.
  • Set up and operate simple machinery (e.g., strapping tools, pallet wrappers).
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team under routine supervision.
