About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced ADAS Technician to lead the growth of our Victorian ADAS division as part of a broader expansion across NSW, QLD, and the ACT. This is a long-term opportunity for a driven individual who wants more than just a job — it's a chance to build and lead your own division within an established national business.

The role operates in a mobile capacity, servicing both internal group sites and external clients across Victoria. However, the scope goes far beyond technical work. You'll have the autonomy to grow the division, recruit and lead your own team, and play a key role in shaping the future of our ADAS operations in the state.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of their career, influence how the business grows, and share in the rewards of its success. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years industry experience
  • Familiarity with OEM diagnostic tooling
  • Exposure to aftermarket diagnostic tooling (TEXA, Autel, Launch)
  • Strong fault-finding abilities
  • A commitment to high work standards
  • Punctuality, ability to work in a team environment, excellent time management and communication skills
  • A current and unrestricted drivers license
  • Capacity to work in a fixed location or mobile scenario
  • A/C License

Key Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Diagnosing and resolving auto electrical issues using diagnostic equipment and conventional methods
  • Conducting ADAS calibrations to vehicle manufacturer specifications
  • A/C Regas and Degas
  • Performing New and existing module coding
  • Carrying out comprehensive vehicle inspections, including dynamic road tests, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications using both OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools
  • Maintain equipment and workspace
  • Administrative tasks, including service record management and invoicing
