The Role

Our Landsdale Warehouse is seeking a motivated hands on Storeperson who has the ability and knowledge to assist in our 800 sqm Landsdale warehouse. You will be an integral part of our small close knit team, reporting the the General Manager.

The warehouse stocks a range of product lines including appliances, whitegoods, small furniture, sporting goods, artificial plants and adhoc items varying in sizes, fragility and weights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing of goods for orders
  • Palletising a mix of standard, ugly, oversized and fragile freight
  • Use internal systems to receive, dispatch and complete orders
  • Reconciling incoming and outgoing stock with Inventory records
  • Generate and print delivery labels and connotes for all outgoing deliveries
  • Adhere to warehouse safety requirements
  • Communicating with internal departments
  • Maintaining company premises and equipment
  • Tool handling and cleaning

Skills and experience

To be considered for this role, you must possess a strong background within Warehouse or Supply Chain and can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Valid forklift licence & MR License (preferred but not essential)
  • Sound computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Attention to detail across all areas
  • Physically capable of undertaking manual lifting
  • Positive "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously
