We're looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Sandringham on a full-time basis. If you have more than 1 year of experience as a Diploma-qualified educator and are ready to inspire young minds, we want to hear from you

About the Role

  • Deliver high-quality, play-based learning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Document children's learning and development through observations and planning

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with your team to create engaging learning spaces

  • Bring your energy, initiative, and creativity to every day

What You'll Need

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Diploma-qualified educator

  • VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • Understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant early childhood regulations

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
