ECBC Sports club are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team at our newly renovated club If you have a passion for hospitality, leadership experience, and the required certifications, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service flow

  • Lead and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

  • Handle customer queries, incidents, and feedback professionally

  • Work hands on with team at all times on shift

  • Complete all associated Start and End of shift responsibilities

  • Work with direction from the management team

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or club environment

  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

  • Valid RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling)

  • Valid Advanced RCG

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
