About the role

Pompei's is looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our vibrant team in our Bondi Beach restaurant. This is either a full or part-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our long established and much loved restaurant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing high-quality dishes to our exacting standards
  2. Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment
  3. Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
  4. Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Chef in a similar hospitality setting
  2. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well in a team
  3. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
  4. Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience
