As part of this high-performing team, you'll collaborate with passionate professionals who thrive on live radio and love creating memorable content that resonates with audiences. The vibe is fast-paced, fun, and full of ideas.

A day in the life?

As a Producer, you'll help bring the Breakfast show to life with high-quality, engaging radio and digital content. You'll work closely with the hosts and wider content team to shape the show's direction, manage daily rundowns, and ensure everything runs smoothly on-air and online.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Generating creative ideas and segment concepts that resonate with our Perth audience.
• Coordinating guests, scripting segments, and managing live show logistics.
• Editing audio and publishing content across digital and social platforms.
• Collaborating with talent, content directors, and marketing teams to amplify the show's reach.

What You'll Need

• Experience in radio production or a similar fast-paced media environment.
• Strong editorial judgement and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence using audio editing tools and content management systems.
