Meyer Shircore Architects is a multi-award-winning mid-sized Architectural Practice with extensive experience across a broad range of job types, ranging from retail to medical, industrial, childcare, and transport. The company has five partners, headed by Stephen Shircore who has been a Director of Meyer Shircore Architects since 1980.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the same role, organisation skills, and good communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to architects and construction managers by preparing, editing and checking drawings and specifications, coordinating project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with site inspections.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Provide technical support to architects by preparing documentation, schedules, and assisting in planning project workflows.
• Review design against building codes, planning regulations and Australian standards to ensure compliance
• Produce CAD/BIM drawings, 3D models, and detailed technical specifications for construction
• Updating and finalising drawings and schedules; prepares documentation for DA/BA submissions
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors to coordinate deliverables and project schedules and deliverables
• Undertake site visits to confirm construction is consistent with approved drawings and technical requirements
• Conduct routine technical computations and ensure accuracy of plans, sections and construction details.
• Maintain project records, technical schedules and compliance checklists to support architectural and construction teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
