TSV Automotive, part of Eagers Automotive, is seeking a motivated and professional Service Receptionist to join our busy front-of-house team. We represent a leading mix of brands including GMSV, Jaguar, Land Rover, and BYD Automotive, and pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role

This role is primarily phone and email-based, supporting our service team by managing bookings, answering customer enquiries, and coordinating day-to-day communication. You'll be the go-to contact for service-related questions and the link between customers, technicians, and advisors. For the right person, there's potential to step into a Service Advisor position in the future.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Manage service bookings and confirm appointments with customers
  • Liaise with customers regarding vehicle updates and timelines
  • Support the service and sales teams with admin and coordination
  • Keep customer records and booking systems up to date
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all communications
  • Assist with general front-of-house and reception duties as needed
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer service or admin-based role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling high call volumes and inbox management
  • Quick learner with good computer skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, calm and organised, even under pressure
  • Automotive experience is a bonus, but not essential
