Our P-12 independent school has six campuses across the state and is built on a strong foundation of Specialist Teachers, Aides and Allied Health Professionals. We are now welcoming applications from Teacher Aides for our new campus 'AQ School Mackay' that opened in Term

Utilising functional skills and assessments, our Teacher Aides will provide support to a class of 6-8 students with neurodiverse affirming practices and principles across a range of environments. There will be a focus on enhancing the wellbeing and holistic growth of young people through the development of supportive learning environments, quality communication and effective classroom management.

As a Teacher Aide, you'll support the planning, teaching and assessment in an alternative, flexible model of learning for autistic students, embracing a holistic, strengths-based, and neurodiversity affirming approach as we strive to empower each student to thrive in an environment that fosters their individual growth.
