**About the role
Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services is a state-of-the-art facility that will deliver 90 additional beds in West Moreton as part of Queensland Health's Accelerated Infrastructure Delivery Program. The project will deliver a three-storey facility located on Botany Drive, South Ripley. It is located on the Ripley Health Campus and is co-located with the current Satellite Health Centre.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated ability and experience in supervising and providing training and support to the Operational Services team.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in Operational Services and in the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.
High level organisational skills with an ability to utilise problem solving strategies, prioritise and allocate tasks.
High level interpersonal skills with ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.
High level of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements:
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
